Nate Vontz
Professional Golfer

“Keagan was very helpful! As a professional golfer with lower back pains Keagan was able to identify and treat my condition with great communication and attentiveness. I’ve played a full season without any pains after taking on Keagan's process.”

Robert Huerta
ASU Rugby

“After tearing my ACL, I was really just looking for someone who could guide me through the entire recovery process—step by step—so I could get back to playing rugby and doing all the other sports I love.

One of the first big breakthroughs for me was the day I back squatted 225 again. That was a huge moment—it reminded me that I was getting stronger and that progress was happening.

Now, I honestly don’t even think about my ACL anymore. I feel completely unaffected by the injury and, if anything, I’m a better athlete when I’m out on the rugby field.

I’d recommend this program to anyone recovering from an ACL tear, no matter what their goals are. Keagan does an amazing job of personalizing the process and helping you stay focused on what matters most to you from day one.”

Malachi Marshall
NAU Track and Field

Before working with Keagan, I struggled with confidence in my knee. I didn’t fully trust it, especially when it came to returning to sports. But as we progressed through rehab, doing exercises that built strength and incorporated movements specific to my sport, I started to gain that trust back. It wasn’t just going through the motions—we were doing work that translated to real results.

One of the first moments that really stood out was hitting a 2-minute hold on the iso split squat. That was a huge turning point for me. It showed me I was ahead in my recovery, stronger than I thought, and ready to take that next step—like getting back to running.

Fast forward a year after surgery, and I’ve gone beyond anything I expected. I’ve jumped farther than I ever have, and I’m hitting PRs in the weight room—power-cleaned 255 and squatted 405. I’m stronger now than I was before my injury.

I’d recommend Keagan to anyone looking to rebuild confidence and come back better than before. If you’re willing to show up and put in the work with intent, his program will put you in a position to succeed—no matter what sport you’re in.
